Using this site
By using this site or calling the number on it, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site or the service.
We are a referral service
Mount Prospect Sewer Line Co. is a referral service. We connect homeowners with independent local plumbing professionals. We do not perform plumbing work, and we are not a plumbing contractor. All work is carried out by the independent professional you are connected with.
Independent contractors
The professionals we refer you to are independent businesses, not our employees or agents. They decide how to do the work, set their own schedules and give their own prices. Any agreement for work is between you and that professional.
You are responsible for deciding whether to hire a professional, for confirming that they meet any requirements that apply to the work, and for agreeing the scope, price and terms with them before work begins.
No guarantee of availability
We try to answer every call and to connect you with a professional quickly, and dispatch is offered where available. We cannot guarantee that a professional will be available at a particular time, for a particular job or at a particular address, and we do not guarantee any response time.
General information, not professional advice
The content on this site is general information about sewer lines and related work. It is not plumbing, engineering, legal or real estate advice, and it cannot account for the conditions at your property. Pipe materials, repair methods, permit rules and local requirements vary and change, so check with the professional you hire and with your city or sewer provider.
Prices and estimates
This site does not quote prices. Any price you are given comes from the independent professional, and it should be explained to you before work begins.
Content and links
The text, design and images on this site belong to us or are used with permission. You may read and print pages for your own use, but you may not copy the site or present it as your own. Where we link to other sites, we do not control them and are not responsible for what they say or do.
Limits on our responsibility
